Everyone we encountered from the showroom to the warehouse were all top notch! you will get a great deal on some great office furniture from people who value your business and offer some outstanding customer service. 5 stars!!
I got a gently used Aeron chair for almost a 1/3 of the retail price. I worked with Elizabeth who was amazing at customer service. We did this during the quarantine. The chair was ready at the front and I carried it to my car all contactless. Their office is conveniently located and the customer service was outstanding. I would buy more office furniture from them in the future!
Excellent service! I have purchased two Leap chairs, one in 2013 and one in 2020, and both experiences had quality product. It is clear the team at BHC are knowledgeable and responsive to any questions or needs. Brandon even FaceTime’d with me to assist with questions.
Brandon and Jeff were great to interact with. I came down to purchase an office chair because my back was beginning to complain after 6 months in a bad chair. They have a good price on great office chairs. I walked away with a Herman Miller Mirra Chair, which Jeff kindly loaded onto my SUV. Appreciated the entire experience which was smooth and the showroom was clean and organised. Everyone was very mindful about social distancing and wearing a mask. I would come back here for more home office furnishings.

What an amazing place. I love contemporary furniture and I was floored by the selection and the professionalism of the staff.
What a great experience! We needed 2 desk chairs for our office, and we were looking for a particular model. We contacted BHC Office Solutions, and they had several available. We met with Elizabeth at their location in Addison. The chairs were in excellent condition, and we bought them on the spot. They loaded the chairs into our car for us, and we are very happy with our purchase. The whole process was smooth and easy, and we will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend.
An incredible experience– I cannot more highly recommend BHC. This was a rush job, furniture buying and installation is not my area of expertise, and we had a tricky landlord to work with. BHC helped me navigate the entire process and was gracious and patient throughout. We will not need to look elsewhere next time we purchase furniture.
These cubicles are perfect. We are extremely pleased.
The process was pretty seamless:
• BHC came to our office the next day with suggestions, and took measurements.
• The delivery was just a couple of days later.
• Installation of cubicles and electrical was done in less than a day.
• I’m moved into my space and it’s comfortable, clean and well-laid-out.
I really appreciate the efficiency and quality of every aspect of our cubicle purchase. Definitely a “10” rating!!!
